Support - Staff Abilities

  • Basic knowledge of hardware or software used
  • Password resets through the "Forget your password" links or changing your password on the computer
  • Printer and/or copier toner replacement and recycling procedures
  • Connecting to CHS-GoRedskins (staff and student personal devices) or CHS-Guest (guest devices)
  • Basic troubleshooting including "are the cables plugged in" or rebooting the computer or device
