Software Procurement

Any software or online services that require student or staff registration must be approved by the building Principal and Director of IT before it can be used in the district. Software and online services will only be approved if they meet the following criteria:

  1. Must have an educational or operational purpose for the district.
  2. Complies with the districts Acceptable Use , Privacy , and any other related policies or procedures.
  3. Compatible with the district's current infrastructure
  4. Approved by building principal and Director of IT
  5. Signed off by parent/guardian (if applicable)
